• Create and oversee the creation and execution of design solutions for print, online or any form of communications and marketing purpose
• Assure that all internal and external materials are adhered to the brand
• Translate verbal or written instruction into a direct response advertisement/artwork including print and online
• Review graphic materials and copies developed by the team to ensure brand and overall marketing objectives are accurately translated into designs, print and online
• Work closely with the digital marketing people to determine contents that drives results
• Review and work to improve the collateral design and development

• Guiding and supervising the realization of minor graphic needs
• Ensuring the quality of all external media and print materials

• Design stationery items such as lanyards, staff cards, business, brochures, leaflets
• Provide backdrop, banner, and standee design of the company event
• Shooting pictures and videos occasionally at the key event
• Contributing ideas and design artworks to the overall brief
• Prioritizing and arranging the time for all artworks requests
• Support for Photo & Video documentaries on events
• Providing ready-to-use layouts and templates for administrative usage such as PowerPoint template

• Provide photos shooting of new products such as foods, cakes and drinks
